Rd 2: 1615 Rank: 42232 Trades: Gulden + Lindsay to Murdoch + Cook Not sure ive ever had a bigger discrepancy between how my team is travelling and how I feel about my team. As in, i'm obviously in the nosebleed section ranking wise but I felt pretty good about where my team was at, well, that was before the Trac + Rozee injuries. With 750k in the bank I was hoping to trade two under performers this week at which point I felt like I'd be sitting with a decent team but alas injuries to premiums have changed those plans. The main reason I was feeling pretty good was because I think I have most of the key must have guys, at least from a value standpoint. The teams that are flying right now likely have some combination of Sinclair, Ash, Daicos, Steele etc. Early in the season, and esp during the b18 rounds, getting ceiling scores from your premiums is a big separator, I saw it last yr with my premiums. But, believe it or not, those premiums will not go at 120 for the season, so it's a great starting pick for those with them, but I wont be trading into the guys that I think are priced overs. I do think teams that now have 2 injured premiums to trade plus having loads of cash in the bank will FOMO into trading for these hot very highly priced premiums. I'll try and stick to my plan. Rozee and Trac were two of the most highly owned guys in the comp, so both now requiring to be traded allows for some team differentiation, which is good. Got a few guys on the chopping block: Bergman, Blakiston, Trac, Rozee, Visentini. Team will be good in a couple rounds I think, just have to hope I dont fall too far behind in the meantime. How'd you go this week?
