@vexmlk Lot of good comments here, I would also add: what are your goals? if it's just losing weight, then you could be at risk of overdoing it by thinking of outworking your diet. additionally, recovery is just as important as the workout. staying hydrated, getting good sleep, etc

I have a question for all of my fitness gamers out there. I want to stay consistent in my workouts especially since I'm doing them at home, but when do I know I'm doing too much too quickly? I want to walk 2 miles every other day & I have been doing 40 reps on the ab machine every other day & sometimes I throw in an extra 20 on my in between days. My calves are sore from my 2 mile walk on the walking pad & I don't know if I should walk again today or maybe walk every 2 days & my abs are starting to hurt (I did 40 reps on Monday, 40 on Tuesday, 20 yesterday & 10 this morning). What is an appropriate amount of exercise per week? 🥺

This post is actually from Romans. The vast majority commenting especially the most extreme don’t know what Reach is, who I am, and for the most part solely care for their preferred person. The core expectation of Christians in our "reach" is unity. To be clear Reach itself is not a Christian-only place. We simply want no part of others drama and all parties impacted are also beyond innocent. If it occurs on another platform then it's likely due to the same reason there. We were not clear enough any block was due to being divisive and/or toxic. The alleged stalker unnecessarily lied about his attendance and forced our involvement. That is a lifetime ban and will never be changed. In other news, I know Celeste for a longer period of time than most realize. Its okay to agree to disagree. We've been here for awhile now just privately. Most affected, I've never had real convos with and don't know. If you catch a block, consider it permanent through 2026 on Twitter/X. If or when you’re done with drama on social media, DM me on discord AFTER much time has passed.
