So let’s look at who is on the bench. - Thomas Carr Two years of P4 coaching experience. - Mike Cassidy Came from Australia, no P4 coaching experience. - Jermaine Ukaegbu Has NEVER been an assistant coach before. Yet, he is at Louisville? - Brian Kloman The most experienced staffer, and he gets moved to the front office. Head scratching to say the least. - Ronnie Hamilton The only assistant coach that has P4 experience. (Ole Miss, LSU) - Peyton Siva We all love him, but he has no coaching experience. The game of basketball isn’t rocket science, but this is not high major collection of backgrounds on the bench. I’m not calling for anyone’s job, but when you really look at this staff, it’s apparent they are VERY green. This all starts at the top with Josh Heird, by the way.
