Today feels like its moving so slowly sighhh

Actually it was very sweet during the Indian wedding ceremony he did his vows to her in sourashtra, we were all so impressed. Anyways yeah. Marriage in India leaves so much to be desired. I don't have much hope.

Also it bothers me that they think other people who are not sourashtra can't learn about sourashtra people. In the US, I know of two people who married white people and the more recent one actually spent 2 years learning to speak Sourashtra and about Hindu traditions.

I know of MULTIPLE sourashtra people who got excommunicated from their families for marrying, I kid you not, Tamil people. And for context, sourashtra people basically integrated themselves into Tamil Nadu for survival reasons back in the day.
