Today marks #WorldMentalHealthDay and we want to celebrate the positive impact that learning to run, jump and throw can have on your child's mental health. funetics helps children to learn, develop and practice running, jumping and throwing skills, for a healthy confident future.

The recent 'Sunnah Sports' pilot weekend provided an opportunity to share experience in tackling inequalities & barriers to participating in sports for Muslim communities. The funetics delivery team also hosted an athletic activation zone. Learn more: bit.ly/4euB5yI
