The reason people think OKC gets away with more fouls.
Let’s say a 10 is a foul and is called a foul on everyone.
OKC plays at a 8 all the time. Most other teams play at about a 6.
When you go from a 8 to a 10 it’s much less obvious than when you go suddenly from a 6 to a 10

When you are playing at a 8 and randomly it’s a 9 sometimes the refs don’t notice.
When you are playing at a 6 and randomly it’s a 9 the refs definitely notice and may even think it’s a 10.
The reason is OKC plays harder than any other team. There is no secret.
