@_nontechnical if you're at all interested in CA architecture X the coastline, check out the Asilomar Conference Grounds Hotel in Pacific Grove, designed (mostly) by Julia Morgan (of Hearst Castle and many more) You can hear the waves from the cabins. v surreal place to stay for a few days
