Junkyu wrote a handwritten letter ❤️ “Hello Treasure Makers! This is Junkyu. I’ve spent a long time thinking about how to begin this letter, but I decided to pick up my pen in the hope that my sincere feelings will reach you. It has already been six years since I debuted in 2020 and have begun this journey with Treasure Makers. During that time, I’ve received so much love, and every single moment has felt like a miracle. I’ve truly been happy. However, as I kept running forward and giving it my all, I think there came a point where I slowly started overlooking the signals from my heart and my body. I always wanted to show you only my best as a professional, so I kept trying to act like I was okay, but I have come to realize that the time has come for me to pause for awhile and take care of myself. After discussing this thoroughly with the company, I have decided to temporarily suspend my activities for the time being and take some time to rest. I’m so sorry for suddenly bringing this news and causing worry to our Treasure Makers, who have always been my strongest source of support. But I believe this pause is necessary for me to come back healthier and stronger. I’ll take this time to rest well, gather my thoughts, and return as my whole true self.
