A 20€/nuit par personne, qu’est ce qui m’empêche de vivre définitivement dans cet hôtel finalement ?

How to change your life as a broke 20 y/o college student 1. Look at yourself in the mirror. Check your bank account. Check your GPA. Accept the reality that you have zero capital, zero leverage and building an app is the best way to change your life. 2. Come up with an app idea. Use Cursor Agent mode to get AI to help you code an app. (Apps are pretty much the only product where both development and marginal cost are close to $0. You don’t have a better option.) 3. Pay $100 to get your app listed on Apple. (If you don’t have the money, go back to step 1.) 4. Start an TikTok + IG page and post a short every single day documenting your journey from building to launching your app. Copy the content style of @YoniSmolyar. Do it for 100 days. Show your face and talk to the camera in every video. Shorts are your only channel with true asymmetrical leverage. (If you think you’re too ugly for the camera, go back to step 1.) In the end, you’ll run into two scenarios: 1. One of your reels hits 1M views and your app blows up. Congrats. Keep going. $1M ARR is the goal. 2. You don’t go viral. No one installs your app. That’s normal. Your first two years will just be failure after failure, but every attempt compounds. Study what others are doing. Use your IG as leverage to connect with people way ahead of you. Build a new app. You got nothing to lose. Keep compounding and it'll work one day.
