@andreasversion @dennismhogan I was just saying that having 2 energy drinks every day if different that having 2 coffees every morning (average 60-80 milligrams of caffeine per coffee ) one is significantly more dangerous and able to cause permanent damage over time

yeah, it's actually fine because there's really no long term negative health effects from drinking caffeine moderately every day. In general we have a bad understanding of addiction in us culture

it's crazy how you can have a full on, capital A Addiction to caffeine (need it to function, get withdrawal without it, last thing you think of before going to sleep, first thing you think of when you wake up) and it's just totally fine. even better than fine. it's good.

@andreasversion @dennismhogan All the kids who are dying are drinking several energy drinks a day, one girl who died recently was drinking 6 of them a day. That’s 1200 mg of caffeine, to have a moderate amount would be like 60-100 mg of average or like 2 cups of coffee
