There’s a southbound F train stuck btw Jay St and Bergen stations — they’ve been emergency evacuating people for the last hour. Still no ability to reach my husband who has been stuck on that train for 3 hours.

The post is accurate. All trains are in all stations. There are no trains stuck in between stations. This is a Con Edison power outage which is affecting the signals near Jay St and Hoyt-Schermerhorn Sts. Since this is a Con Edison power outage, it is also affecting the signals on the phones as well.

A/C/F/G trains are severely disrupted between Brooklyn and Manhattan. No A/C trains between Broadway Junction and W 4 St-Wash Sq.

@angieghellman The loss of power near Jay St-Metrotech. The loss of power is affecting all the tracks and switches in the area. Doesn't matter if the F does not run between these stations.
