Hayes Carll// Trouble In Mind (2008) This is the record that got me into him, so I’ll always be a bit more biased towards this album. He’s at his best here on all forms. The little humor and one liners as well as the songs that punch you right in the face. This is what I think.

@GuitarStuf So subjective and dependent on taste. I have the Carbon Copy. I like the simplicity and it sounds good to me. But, I probably would be more than happy with any number of delay pedals.

Which book should a person read at least once in their life?

When I first started writing songs, I was told, you'll know it's good when you can sing it with just an acoustic guitar. So I've been trying to find that ever since. If it's true or not, who cares...just enjoy this version of 'Wild One' - an oldie of mine.
