🚨“IS RAJASTHAN ROYALS RUNNING A TEAM OR A FAMILY BUSINESS?”🚨 Kris Srikkanth :- “People are aware of how he ended up getting the captaincy that’s completely the franchise’s call. But right now, he’s being given a lot of importance in that setup. Riyan Parag had a fantastic season a couple of years ago, no doubt about that. However, his last season wasn’t really impactful and he couldn’t deliver anything special.”

The real summary: Trump: "Open Hormuz or I bomb you" Iran: "No" Trump: "Ok fine, 48 hours" Iran: "Still no" Trump: "We had very productive conversations" Iran: "We never spoke to him" And while this comedy plays out, India is paying $101/barrel, Rupee at 93.94, and our Navy is escorting LPG tankers through a war zone. Trump can't win a staring contest with Iran, but India's middle class pays the bill for his failed bluff. Every. Single. Time.

Trump gave Iran a 48-hour ultimatum to open the Strait of Hormuz or face strikes on its power plants. Iran refused. Trump said fine, wait 48 hours. Forty-eight hours passed, Iran didn’t open the Strait, and everyone awaited Trump’s response. Trump, instead of acting on his ultimatum, posted on Truth Social that he had postponed the attack for five days because productive “negotiations” had begun with Iran. Iran immediately denied his claim, saying there were no negotiations and the Strait would remain closed. Seems like Iran is not keen on letting Trump quietly chicken out this time.

Dhurandhar 1 had a different kind of craze. Pure mania! Almost everyone you meet has seen it and talks about it. It felt organic, like a cultural wave you couldn’t escape. The film pulled in around 1300–1400 crores. On the other hand, Pathan and Jawan? I’ve hardly come across anyone who has actually watched them or discussed them in real life as if they’re “the thing.” No street buzz, no random conversations, no everyday recall, just silence outside their fanbase. Yet somehow, both films magically ended up collecting almost the same numbers as Dhurandhar1, 1100–1200 crores. How?

@saybwala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its surprising that you are running an office connection on a single ISP. You should always have 2 second connection from another ISP in a professional setup as fallback for reduced downtime. Yes, its additional cost that you need to bear to run a redundant setup.

I'm done with your shit company. Throwing your shit device and connection back at you. This is exactly what I had warned when I took this connection that I have no control over the router in my own office. Lesson learnt.

Vajpayee issued oil bonds to pay the debt of oil companies accumulated till 2002 due to the Administered Pricing Mechanism, and then fully deregulated oil prices. Guess what the “economist ka 14” did? MMS issued oil bonds to keep prices artificially low so his government could win elections. What Vajpayee did was economic reform. What MMS did was sheer incompetence.

@Jhunjhunuwala_ Interesting- y did Vajpayee govt issue oils bonds when crude was at 24 ? Infact MmS govt issued the same amount when crude surged more than 100% than 24. Also, bonds issued in Vajpayee era were repaid by MMS govt. So what r u crying about? Marwadi baniya aur aise Chomu jaisi baat

GoI just finished paying off a ₹3.23 lakh crore “credit card bill” for petrol that was consumed more than 15 years ago. ➡️ What Exactly Were Oil Bonds? Think of it like this. If the true market price of petrol was ₹60 per litre but the government capped the retail price at ₹40 to keep voters happy, someone had to absorb the ₹20 gap. That burden initially fell on the Oil Marketing Companies or the OMCs. But if the government reimbursed them in cash, it would instantly explode the fiscal deficit. So instead, the government issued Oil Bonds, essentially an IOU. The promise was simple: “We won’t pay you today, but we’ll pay you 15–20 years later, along with around 8% annual interest.” In other words, the cost of artificially cheap fuel was pushed onto future taxpayers. ➡️When global crude prices surged touching nearly $96 per barrel in 2008, the government chose to flood the system with these IOUs rather than take the political hit of raising fuel prices. The numbers tell the story: Total principal issued: ₹1,53,423 crore Interest rates: Between 7% and 8.4% Maturity: Stretching deep into the 2020s These were expensive liabilities locked into the future. ➡️ You can’t permanently subsidise global commodity prices, you can only postpone the reckoning. By the time the last of these bonds mature in 2026, the Government of India will have paid ₹3,23,923 crore in total. Out of this, over ₹1.7 lakh crore is just interest. ➡️ By 2010, the arithmetic simply stopped working. The growing pile of high interest debt became unsustainable. The UPA eventually halted the issuance of new Oil Bonds and began deregulating petrol prices. A policy the NDA government had to aggressively continue to stop the bleeding. Meanwhile, taxpayers in the following decade quietly continued paying off the debt created years earlier. ✴️Cheap petrol in the past wasn’t truly cheap, the bill was simply post-dated to the future. That’s money that could have funded thousands of schools, hospitals, or major infrastructure projects.

Read it Carefully. Very Carefully ! From 2005 and 2010, Congress gave subsidy on Petrol and Diesel. Oil agencies wanted to sell 70rs per liter but Congress told them to sell 60rs and remaining 10rs per liter they will give to agency. But Congress DID NOT pass that 10rs to agencies. After few years, agencies couldn't bear the burden and put pressure on Congress govt to repay their "10rs per liter" amount. Instead of giving them hard cash, Congress gave them "Oil Bonds" and when those "Bonds" will be liquidated ... no body knows. In 2014, Modi govt came and after oath he immediately increased the Petrol price to repay the principal and interest amount to agencies. Finally, this March 2026 Indian agencies got their amount back with full Payment. Congress is CURSE!

Unpopular opinion. Gavaskar’s fascination for Individual milestones, which the next generation of cricketers inherited, ruined a decade of Indian cricket. Until Ganguly came along & built a winning team. Gambhir’s almost regimental angst against star culture is the continuation of the same resistance. It may anger a lot of people, but it works.

After such sharp correction having a further bearish stand is like Paap Chadega. We should only talk positive as it’s a safe bet even if result is different. Actually long term positive bolna is always safe as it sounds nice, looks good , socially more acceptable though zero accountability.

India must bear liability for an Iranian warship that was heavily armed, that was sunk in the 96.7% part of the ocean beyond our legal control, that left our port a week ago, that wasn't inside our maritime border or EEZ, that was targeted by its enemy, that never sent us an SOS.

This post is for all those idiots who thought the Indian Ocean is owned by India, and for the blind followers of a political party who think they own the country and only someone from their dynasty can rule it. KThe Indian Ocean is between 27 to 28 million square miles and It stretches from Australia to Africa. India's maritime jurisdiction in the Indian Ocean includes a 12-nautical-mile territorial sea with full sovereignty, a 24-nautical-mile contiguous zone. Google could have told you that and stopped you from making an ass of yourself on X. But, thank you for allowing me to explain some geography. Now, whatever happened with the Iranian warship was in international waters. India cannot get into a confrontation with any other country unless it is attacked. And it cannot interfere either in a situation that doesn’t concern it. Looks like the Sri Lankan navy was closer and helped. The not-so-bright Congress party spokies would ideally have liked India to blow the US submarine out of the waters and then they would have celebrated as India and the US had a confrontation. Unfortunately, for some people, and, fortunately for India, there’s a man with 25 years of political experience sitting in the PM’s chair. Until he retires or Congress can destroy India, all those people will just have to keep counting the marbles in their trouser pockets. Like they’ve been doing since May 2014.

“Just because it’s called the Indian Ocean doesn’t mean India “owns” it. Relax.” Bhakts strange logic. But in 2018, the Indian military intercepted the yacht of international waters off the Goa coast to capture Dubai's Princess Latifa, who was fleeing to the US. And returned her to Dubai, later referenced in a UK court ruling involving Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Relax didn’t seem to apply then. Nationalism seems to come with an on/off switch.

There is constant attention to news about infrastructure and about companies opening new factories and offices, along with headlines that KA is either on par with or ahead of its peer states in such matters. But there's hardly any attention paid to the state's public schools, which now graduate only 50% at most of our children. If we don't fix this, the jobs we create won't be for them.
