i was pre diabetic in my early 20s (back in 2011) and used a #glp1 for a couple years. my experience: lost weight, got super sick on the glp1, got off it, gained the weight back + plus more. blood sugar issues got worse (likely bc it ate muscle mass). just get a cgm & do IF

@leylaaa31 hear me out: i think skinny has less to do w looking good for men & more to do w outpacing other women. skinniest girl in the room wins. she can eat like a bird and starve for days. she is the lioness & everyone is weaker than her. it’s queen bee status
