Black woman in South Dallas rear-ended a driver (victim is gonzalez.lulu5 on TT), provided no info, had no front plates and folded her back plate up, then took off.
She spoke with a strong accent. Maybe immigration can get involved?
Let’s help bring some legal justice to this situation. Anyone know who the perpetrator is?
Police in Dallas, Texas, need to be alerted to this criminal if they haven’t already. If she’ll break the law with her vehicle, imagine what other laws she’s broken.
