@turo I did everything as instructed, got on a very dangerous and icy highway at 5 this morning, spent several hours behind a 10-car spin-out that required Caltrans rescue, to return the car as soon as I could today at 2:30 PM.

@turo Again, the Turo agent said not to worry about the extension since I couldn't do it until the host canceled the next reservation, and that Turo would handle it on their end.

@turo I was also told by the same agent that first I just needed to inform the host that he had to call Turo support to cancel his next reservation and help the next guest find an alternative option (probably shouldn’t be my responsibility?)
