(2 years chalked to cap) • Terry year 3: Drafted Bijan, Signed All-Pro Jessie Bates and signed Kaden Elliss. Also traded for Okudah (didn’t work out). Mariota left and forced to start Shidder at QB rather than pay big on someone in a QB FA class of Derek Carr, Jimmy G, Darnold, Baker, Brissett. In hindsight obviously Darnold or Baker are obvious but they were looked at as bums and Darnold signed to be a backup in San Fran • Terry year 4: Signed Kirk, Mooney, Ray-Ray. Drafted Penix, Dorlus, Ruke, & Trice. Team was 6-3 before Kirk lied about a shoulder injury out of fear of Penix getting a chance at his job. Traded Ridder for Rondale Moore (RIP) who tore his ACL in camp. Also traded for Judon • Terry year 5: Generational draft class. Traded up for JPJ and traded up for Watts (Rookie sack leader and rookie INT leader). Also drafted Jalon Walker, Billy Bowman Jr, and Jack Nelson. Signed Leonard Floyd & Divine Deablo. Mooney and Deablo hurt and Penix tore his ACL • Post-Terry: Bijan, Drake, Penix, Jalon Walker, JPJ, Watts, Trice, Billy Bowman Jr all on Rookie contracts. The 2 year Kirk rental is over with and the Coaching Staff has been overhauled My conclusion: Honestly just a decent GM. Not good but not bad either like everyone says. Bad coaching staff hires and a few trades that didn’t hit, but it was nowhere near as bad as people say. Bad QB markets for FA and little to no cap, there’s no much you can do with that. Kirk was 6-3 before he got hurt. Ridder was an experiment and there was no one else to get in that FA class. Mariota QB FA class was also buns. We have the best RB in the world and an elite WR on rookie contracts along with a bunch of young defensive talent on rookie deals IBWT Grade: C-

So I did some digging on my gripes on the new uniforms—no silver pants or black jerseys It took Nike a year to get the silver stripe on the pants right, so that could still happen in the future? No new black jerseys were intentionally done to make the throwbacks less redundant.

Gonna complain just this once, not gonna argue with you BUT… black face mask and silver pants would’ve went a LONGGG way.
