@arunpudur And I am fully switched to Paytm, using it from its earlier days and it's my only UPI app now, deleted and deactivated every other UPI app. It's actually the best UPI app but don't know why people use PhonePe and GPay !

@Logicator1 @arunpudur Once,I recharged my phone number (₹3599) and the payment failed immediately,but the money got debited 😐.However...I received the refund the next day..and the customer support was good too..

@arunpudur Try using BHIM UPI. Took my money and didn't pay the vendor. And didn't give me back my money. Uninstalled it.

@InvestorOfJAMMU PhonePe literally shows ads on the balance check page and the payment confirmation page..even video ads with sound sometimes😮‍💨

UPI is designed by NPCI which is an Indian Organisation, yet 85% UPI payment system market share is with American Apps like Gpay, PhonePe. If we don't have any Indian option, then it's ok. But in UPI, we have Paytm, BHIM, Payzapp etc. Why we are not supporting Indian apps, if equally great options are available?? Disc - I use Payzapp

99% of my UPI usage is through BHIM, Paytm and Mobikwik only. I simply don't understand why people run after PhonePe and Gpay. They don't even offer good rewards.
