@mikeaxolotl If a hyper scaler just wanted to buy FERMI in an all cash deal. What would that be worth? maybe someone wants it all....

My bull case price targets for my AI energy infrastructure plays: $KEEL: $30 by EOY, assuming three leases. $FRMI: $25–40 by EOY, assuming one major lease. Bookmark this and get back to me in 7 months. If I am wrong, feel free to unfollow me and improve the signal to noise ratio on your X feed. I also have smaller positions in $AIB and $SLNH, but I’m not willing to put firm price targets on those yet because I haven’t done enough DD. If you like the $KEEL thesis, then $FRMI is definitely worth looking into. It carries more risk and is a far more binary setup, but the upside is significant. And if you buy into the broader Situational Awareness / AI infrastructure narrative, then Fermi’s energy assets become extremely interesting. In a world where power is becoming the bottleneck for AI, assets like this are too valuable to be ignored for long. I recently wrote an article on Fermi, you can find it on my account. *Not financial advice*

$FRMI is a pre-revenue company with no earnings and a boardroom civil war, and people have just dropped $10 million into call premium in a single session. you need to understand what they're betting on. the contract: $10 calls expiring january 2027. the stock is at $7.92. that strike is 26% above spot and sits above the $9 call wall, the level dealers defend. this isn't a range trade. it's a bet the ceiling breaks. the flow tells you it's real. 70,510 calls against 6,233 puts today. 93% of the premium was call-side. the fills were ask-side and opening, not closing, and the buyer paid up from $2.31 to $2.63 to get positioned. that's not retail nibbling. that's someone who wants the position before something happens. so what happens. fermi is building project matador, a 17-gigawatt power-and-compute campus in the texas panhandle aimed at the hyperscalers who can't get power fast enough. two binary catalysts sit inside this expiry. the consent fight forces a june 30 special meeting where the founder is pushing for a sale of the company. and management committed to binding tenant signings within 90 days. a lease or a sale either one re-rates this stock. the shares are moderately shorted but this isn't a squeeze story. it's a directional bet that one of those catalysts lands before january. i'm holding shares into it. the call buyers and i are reading the same setup. @benMarcus613 @_TP888 Is it a $7.50 stock or a $20 stock driven down by a former CEO who broke many terms of his contract, and pushed tenants away? 😳😩

Project Matador is incredible, but to maximize its full value for all shareholders, we need new leadership on Fermi’s board. John T. Jimenez is part of that. Here’s him in his own words: “Having spent my career in the energy sector, I understand the importance of developing industry scalable solutions — and Fermi possesses tremendous potential to deliver on this front. An independent, highly-qualified board is needed to unlock this potential and maximize value for all shareholders while guiding the company into its next phase of growth.” Read more on what our nominees are saying at UnlockFermiValue.com/nominees Additional Information: prn.to/4fyizbU

It's wild how many tweets/day there are now about IMSR compared to just even a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully all these sheep coming in bring this market cap to where it should be.

@benMarcus613 Million dollar question in some ways. I'm not sure WHEN they'll start, but I fully believe they WILL. They're progressing through the regulatory hurdles, hiring workforce--all the ducks are taking their places in the line. I'm very heavily invested here but can't give FA 🤷

@benMarcus613 @Ankit_to_IGI @punstocks They can use uranium that's been less enriched than other reactors that require HALEU. This puts them in an advantageous position to avoid the potential bottleneck other reactors might face with fuel supply. The uranium still has to be converted into a fuel the reactor can use.

The people dumping $IMSR right now are going to regret it the second DOE confirms Terrestrial Energy has been selected. Selling before a potential game-changing catalyst is a bold strategy. We’ll see how it works out.

@here4zipline @Ankit_to_IGI @punstocks I thought the whole point of there design was they can use regular fuel and don't need the special halo fuel. So why is producing fuel so important?? Pardon for my ignorance..

@Ankit_to_IGI @punstocks No? You don't think the company that hasn't finished designing core, hasn't produced any fuel, and hasn't touched a shovel to dirt will have an operational nuclear reactor in less than three weeks?

We are bullish and are fully invested. We are not buying a gap up tomorrow but on a lunchtime lull we might add a couple of names on margin. Tomorrow might be a "The train is leaving the station day" or a "Gap n Crap" day. Open to both scenarios. Lot's of reasons to believe we go higher after the abrupt pullback. We are positioned accordingly.

Sports card collectors can I get your opinion? I have a factory sealed 1985 Topps Tiffany set. Should I sell as is or open it and grade the good cards in hopes of getting a PSA 10 Clemens/McGwire? @CardPurchaser

Can salt 🧂 help power our future? Molten Salt Reactors use molten fluoride or chloride salts as a coolant. The coolant can flow over solid fuel like other reactors or fissile materials can be dissolved directly into the primary coolant.
