@muoversintoscan Awful experience being forced to pay a 256 Euro fine for my kids, wife + me after we had PAID for 4 bus tix to Sienna while on vacation. Woman at your office laughed at us and said we “shouldn’t have paid the fine, you’ll never get your money back.” SHAMEFUL.
