So yes, the process may look like: Attract audience Convert them to followers Nurture them into community But behind that process, these three roles are each doing different work to move people from one stage to the next. That is why understanding the relationship matters.

This is why many brands struggle. Sometimes they hire one person and expect them to do all three roles perfectly. They want strategy, content, engagement, growth, trust building, conversions, and community management all from one person. That is why confusion happens.

A lot of people understand audience, followers, and community separately, but they still mix up the roles of a marketer, an SMM, and a CM. The truth is, these three roles are connected. "@iamveektoria_" They just do different jobs at different stages. A thread. 🧵

I get asked a lot about the difference between audience, followers, and community. Today, I’ve broken down the differences, and this is especially important for SMMs, marketers, and CMs to understand. → Audience Your audience is made up of people your content speaks to. Not all of them follow you, many simply come across your content because it is targeted at them. → Followers Followers are people from that audience who choose to follow you, showing a deeper level of interest and connection. → Community A community is the deepest level of connection. It is a group of people who engage with you, support you, advocate for you, and are genuinely impacted by what you do. Marketers, Social Media Managers (SMMs), and Community Managers (CMs) all work with audiences, but with different goals. → Marketers focus on attracting the right target audience and driving conversions. → SMMs focus on creating content that attracts a specific audience, building visibility, and growing followership while strengthening the brand. → CMs focus on attracting a specific audience with the goal of nurturing relationships, increasing engagement, and building a strong, connected community for a brand or individual. No matter the role, the process is similar: → You attract your target audience → Turn them into followers → Grow them into a community By the way, how many of you truly understand the relationship between a marketer, an SMM, and a CM? I’d love to hear from you. I’ll be going through the quotes and comments. Let’s have it 🫳

Yunno. @iamveektoria_ Keeps astonishing me... So in the marketing class I joined with her, what stood out for me was " Followers count doesn't really matter in marketing". But the trust you build in the long run,how practical your kpis provide results and not just chasing clout.

The rich and the poor think about money very differently. If you understand this, you’ll understand why some people stay rich forever.

When you spread your investment over time in crypto, you are simply DCA-ing. What is DCA? DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is an investment strategy where you buy a fixed amount of an asset at regular intervals instead of investing all your money at once. Instead of trying to guess the perfect time to buy, you invest gradually over time. Example: Imagine you want to invest $400 in Bitcoin. → Without DCA, you invest the entire $400 in one day. If the price drops tomorrow, you are immediately at a loss. → With DCA, you spread the investment over time. It looks like: Week 1 → $50 Week 2 → $50 Week 3 → $50 Week 4 → $50 Week 5 → $50 Week 6 → $50 Week 7 → $50 Week 8 → $50 Now your purchases happen at different prices, which reduces the risk of buying at the worst possible time. You can DCA in weeks, days or months, however you see fit. Note: that if the market is in a strong uptrend, investing everything early may sometimes perform better than spreading purchases. However, DCA is popular because it reduces risk and stress. The detailed benefits of DCA → It reduces timing risk: DCA removes the pressure of trying to perfectly time the market. → It reduces emotional investing: DCA creates a structured plan, which prevents emotional decisions. → It smooths your average price: Because you buy at different prices over time, your average entry price becomes more balanced. DCA works best for: → Long-term investors → Volatile markets → People investing consistently from income Key rule of DCA → Invest consistently → Avoid panic selling → Think long term If this was valuable, kindly repost and follow for more educational content.
