I said this ages ago when I first started this account. But what I say is also different. While I discuss the harm to men, and the wrong of broad social prejudice, I also discuss the harm to *women*. We are raising girls to be jaded, callus, cruel, criminal and fearful. Any honest woman will admit these messages come from women. My own mother "warned" me, and I'm positive yours did as well- or another woman in your family. So, if men have a responsibility to teach men to be better, women also have a responsibility to teach women to be better. This begins with how we speak to our daughters about men.
