had a menty b yesterday, caught up with my best friend from middle school over coffee for 3 hours this morning then going to the art museum with my husband and then gonna plant flower seeds in my backyard. feeling better ☺️

@S_Roach whewwwww I grieved friendships that didn’t actually exist beyond partying for YEARS when I got sober. It’s been like 3.5 years and I only just recently feel at peace with losing my drinking buddies. It’s insulting how fast people stop talking to you ☹️
