The space isn't dead. Everyone just leaves because nothing is fun anymore and no one makes money because Pump.fun is financially incentivized to not let anything graduate. As long as volume stays on Pump.fun, we are stuck in a permanent memecoin bear market.

I launched $ALONSHOUSE and this is a lazy take. It's not all about extraction. @Pumpfun purposely suppresses the graduation rate + floods the market with tokens to increase their bottom line. That leads to less volume per token, lower average market caps, and a smaller chance for traders to make money. Those three things remove FOMO, excitement, and user retention from the trenches. So everyone fucking leaves. That's why volume has decoupled from BTC ever since Pump.fun launched.

Yesterday, I used whatever authority I had to tell my community not to go to Alon’s house. You deleted the recording of that when you suspended the XComm. I can’t control what people do, but apparently neither can you control who you do favors for.

Sure, let's talk legalities. First off, there is no court, judge, or jury in this world that considers reposting information from a single public source as "doxing." Meanwhile, @Pumpfun's TOS prohibits users from posting "defamatory, dishonest, or obscene" content. (I don't see doxing. Also that's 90%+ of their tokens.) And Dexscreener claims its data comes "directly from the blockchain it tracks, without the use of external API or data sources. All data is processed automatically in realtime without any human moderation of intervention." (Uh, okay.) Sure they have catch-all clauses, but a platform selectively enforcing a TOS at a CEO's personal request, or publicly claiming zero human moderation and then manually removing--comes a hell of a lot closer to fraud and abuse of power than republishing a public record.

At what point do you feel it's justified? If Pump.fun funneled its profits into genocide, would you be okay then? I understand that you may not feel they've done enough to warrant, but you've done well for yourself, while others haven't. And before you say "it's a zero sum game, there are winners and losers," no it's not. Pump.fun is extracting from a zero-sum eco-system, relentlessly and to the ecosystem's detriment--making it negative-sum. How many people would be net-positive if Pump.fun were replaced by a less extractive entity? Standing up for an entity that's pulled well over a billion dollars from the ecosystem that you're supposed to be a pillar of shows how rotted the foundation really is.
