1 of the best 250’s that I’ve been 2 in 20+years of covering tennis. It will feel better temp wise bc of night matches. If they make the ct slow like IW, the ball will jump, but it will also fly due 2 less humidity than in July. VAMOS! #LosCabosTennisOpen #celebratethegame #ATP

Even in the best of times, the odds would suggest a major upset occurring from one tour or the other during the 1st 3 rounds. I wonder when was the last time the top 4 seeds of both tours reached the qrts of a major?

Didn’t see a lot of Vamos-Rafa match definitely had chances in 2nd set, still feel like 👍 he deserved to be seeded like 20th and could work way into tournament 🏟️ who knows about the what the result could have been, just my 2 cents 😎🙏👊👍💪

you have heard me say this so many times, catching your on ball toss on serv is should not be allowed,how can u catch 3 tosses in arow and not at least get time violation is beyond ridiculous, also allowing 45 catches in a match and nothing in rules is mind boggling and such disadvantage to returner

@bgtennisnation in 2004 wasn’t there a fire at one of the tournament hotels? I heard that Roddick climbed out of his balcony 2 help rescue folks from the inferno. Then another year vs Verdasco, he showed total class and overturned a bad line call on a MP. I believe he eventually lost in 3 sets?

Indian Wells has beautifully layed out the perfect template on how to schedule a 12-day combined masters that is easy to follow for the players, fans, and everyone in tennis. The other 1000 tournaments have gone in a separate direction & the events are turning into a total slog

Considering FAA’s struggles with his own injuries, I’d say he earned the luck of this draw. Remember, back in 2022, he played into December leading Canada to its maiden Davis Cup crown. #apt tour

@bgtennisnation I heard that the big fella was averaging 135 MPH’s on 1st and 2nd serves against Rafa? I’m also guessing that averaging anything north of 128 MPH would get the job done against most ATP tour guys, unless the returner’s first name happens to be Jimmy, Andre, or Nole!
