2019: 12 PhD programs, zero interviews, 13 rejections (one school rejected me twice) 2020: 12 PhD programs, five interviews, 5 offers Very excited to announce I will be attending a PhD program in Cellular and Molecular biosciences at UC Irvine this Fall.
