Day 9- children learnt all about natural sugar and free sugar in our nutrition session today 👍 we had a few shocked faces as they discovered how many sugar cubes are in an energy drink and a bag of haribos 😯 We had lots of team building activities today 👍 @FoodandFunCdiff
