No one is designing for 18A anyway only 14A & 18AP now while packaging is likely to turn into an 80B+ a year business. Again trust me when I say this, these people know absolutely nothing about chip design and are applying the mental models of the early 2000s to what’s going to be a revolution in the semiconductor industry. You can’t expect them to know how to price that, I’ve been ahead of even UBS in estimate EMIB revenue.
