"Any head coach that's not willing to change their scheme based off personnel is... shame on them. It's about their ego."
A great quote from Arkansas head football coach Ryan Silverfield from my interview with him yesterday. #WPS
Here's the full clip of him talking about his offensive philosophy ⤵️
Molly Miller explains why she intentionally schedules connection time with her players.
"I think that's really important when your implementing culture is just start with the human beings."
Programs are defined less by the speeches coaches deliver and more by the moments they create for athletes to be seen, heard, and understood.
When leaders make room for humanity, culture becomes something athletes can feel and not just hear about.

ASU women’s basketball head coach Molly Miller tells her team:
“If you can practice gratitude, what it will give back in return is a joyful life.”
Gratitude isn’t something you feel, it’s something you practice.

An important message for parents.
Negativity at home always finds its way to the locker room.
Parents have the power to help build a positive culture…or poison it.
You can have the biggest platform in the country — the cameras, the hype, the followers — but without the right people holding it together, it won’t matter.
🗣️Platforms don’t create offers.
🗣️People do.
It’s the coaches, mentors, and advocates who speak on your behalf - who believe in you enough to make that call, send film, and vouch for your CHARACTER.
When you find a program that has both - a strong 💪 platform and the right people behind it - that’s when opportunities turn into COMMITABLE offers and POTENTIAL turns into SUCCESS.
