The government tried to use me in a campaign to defend their policy of forcing all students to study math to 18. Only problems are 1) I don't agree with the policy; 2) I only studied to 16; 3) They couldn't find ANYONE else so they scrapped the campaign. stephenfollows.com/how-i-caught-t…

This afternoon I held my Dad's hand whilst he took his last breaths before dressing him for a final time. I am the proudest daughter in the world. It would have been his birthday tomorrow, I'm going to raise a glass to him. Devastated.

It's International Women's Day next week. I'm getting the same pitches I get every year - endless surveys telling me things I already know about the lack of women in senior jobs, in tech, in gaming etc. I'd much prefer to see progress. Tell me about that!
