Some people saying he saw how long the tour was and took the decision. Why would he spoil the tour being so excited, practice for it and even reveal stops, just days before that notice????? He wouldn't have said a word if he "decided" based on the tour schedule😭😭😭

Belift is solely to blame for Heeseung’s departure. I have long felt that Enhypen’s schedule was simply unsustainable. It gave them zero opportunities for personal exploration as artists. While other labels allowed their artists to collaborate with producers and songwriters, giving their artists fulfillment in their work, Belift has rarely allowed them this very important fundamental thing. The participation they have been allowed is so limited and controlled if you think from the broader view of how experienced Enhypen already is. When trainees and debut groups are given the access to songwriting camps to develop and create music alongside seasoned pros, Enhypen has to sacrifice the little personal time they have to make music. It is with extraordinary effort that they’ve developed themselves this far with little to no help from the company. Other labels have also allowed individual members to shine in different activities while concurrently doing activities for the group. Belift has generally nipped solo activities in the bud. Other labels have woven in solo songs within larger albums to give each member the chance to show their own color, but Belift has not. Heeseung has been ready to show his solo album for a long time. He’s made promises he wants to keep to his fans. Belift kept delaying and delaying his album. They couldn’t give him a single month or even a few weeks to promote his activities. Instead Enhypen are locked in to a rigid cycle of fancalls, tour dates, and festivals. Their first ever vacation was 6 years after I-land. How many of you would have gone completely crazy already if you ran hard with zero breaks for 6 years? They likely gave Heeseung an ultimatum. “This is the tour schedule for the next year. We don’t have time for your solo album. So if you want to do it, you can’t be in Enhypen.” Maybe they were trying to call his bluff, but Heeseung was not going to play that game. Good for him honestly. Heeseung himself knows best that time is slipping away. In 3 years time, he will have to serve in the military. Each year of his life right now is so precious that he cannot afford any delays on what he wants to show as an artist. He has his own vision, and he will strive to achieve it. He could have done all this while concurrently participating within the group too. But Belift never gave him that opportunity. They made it an either/or decision. They created a rigid calendar without asking the boys their preferences. The label was the one who made Heeseung choose. That sad part is Enhypen will never be the same. Fans are devastated. Heeseung is really an irreplaceable member whose contribution is insurmountable. My heart is utterly broken. Enhypen stages without Heeseung will never feel the same. If the label had just asked the boys every once in a while to make decisions along with them, they would have stayed together as seven. But they keep making schedule decisions by themselves with no regard to individual preferences. They are not children anymore to be handled such a way! Respect your artists! I hope Heeseung knows that there are fans who can understand why he had to make that choice. His back was pushed to the wall by the label. Everyone has limited time on this earth, and after bending the knee too many times, being blocked time and after time, this may have felt like the only way to escape and live freely. From I-land until now, I will always believe in Heeseung. I also believe in the sincerity of the other six members of Enhypen. They are probably struggling hard right now because the eldest member whom they love dearly has departed from the group. I pray and hope for both Enhypen and Heeseung’s success, and I hope that this is not the end, and one day they will be reunited as seven.
