Many years ago, in GTBank training school. We were 40 in my cohort – a mix of First Class, 2:1, and 2:2 graduates from Nigerian and foreign universities. Everyone that knows Banking knows how intense and competitive GTbank training school is. 4 months of rigorous training and examinations. At the end, the valedictorian – the best among us was not a First Class graduate or 2:1. She was a 2:2 graduate from OAU. She scored over 90% btw.

There are quite a number of 2:2s among the graduands. Moreover, TOE, the Chairman of UBA graduated with a 2:2. You people just talk
