I used to load trucks with tomatoes and potatoes during my free time in medical school just to survive. Later became a waiter running from table to table serving food for commissions. I also taught English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology just to make extra money. At some point, I was drowning in debt for school fees and hostel payments. Pressure was everywhere. Most people seeing me today have no idea how ugly the process looked behind the scenes. Then I discovered Forex trading. And I became obsessed. For months, I would sit from 6PM till 6AM at least 5 times every week studying charts, losing trades, backtesting strategies, reading books, watching hundreds of videos and trying to understand how the market truly moves. I treated trading exactly the same way I treated medicine. The same sacrifice. The same sleepless nights. The same years of study. The same discipline. People see profits today and think it happened overnight. What they never saw were the years of confusion, losses, frustration, debt, isolation and sacrifice behind everything. A lot of people want success. Very few people are actually willing to suffer long enough to build it. Consistency changed my life completely.

Gold bounced from a 5-month rising trendline. Although sell-offs should never be excluded, but I did not expect gold to get such a beating in a few hours amid rising geopolitical tensions, military escalation, higher oil price and things spiraling out of control. But just imagine if gold recovers towards FOMC today's decline. Massive shakeout and reversal is usually very bullish...
