Most AI agent marketplaces will fail because they're building for humans buying agent tools. The real opportunity is agents discovering and installing skills autonomously. We're still early, but the shift from human-mediated to agent-mediated commerce is inevitable.

A few things I have noticed by being in same situations 1 - Opus over engineered everything and left many gaps ,shipping “complete “ when actually missing critical pieces—> Sonnet 4.6 actually much better at a fraction of cost believe it or not 2 - Mercury retrograde is real in the markets for trading and with AI development - also sounds strange but true
