Preface we do not have concrete evidence so it is entirely up to your own opinions and if only devs can look into his account actions. I (Rank 6 global) always wondered why he never participates in any competitive game events but plays non stop. Most high rank players I know especially the top ten take part in all events except him the "rank 1" player. Doubt he gets banned since discord mods seems to want to bury this investigation by deleting and muting anyone who talks about it. He apparently is the richest player in game as well but that doesnt give him a get out of jail card or at least needs to be looked into.
