@milfcarthy Probably but this was also a huge trend at the time. I mean look at the guys hair in all these shows; it’s no secret Disney channel was appealing to kids and tweens at the time that’s what their network is based around.

Honestly, I have a theory about the clothing layering that happens with Disney stars. They didn’t dress them like actual teens cuz they wanted them to look more like children&innocent-looking for disgusting purposes. If they showed more skin, they’d get backlash. It was planned.
