I love being back on the Hudson. A while back when Rockefeller bought his estate, he bought all the land across the Hudson and gave it to New York state, but the provision was they couldn’t build anything on it. So, from our house looking across it looks like you’re in Jamaica or something. From our house it’s a panoramic view. You can see all the way down to New York City and almost all the way up to West Point.
