@tamponski @HumansNoContext During rodeos, on bulls and horses they use a 'flank strap' or 'bucking strap' (you can see the rope most clearly on the right side of the bull), it's tied around that area of the animal and it causes them to become agitated - so in short, it's very likely just during the show.

@HumansNoContext Is that bull constantly that angry, or do they rile him up before a show? If he's always that angry how do they tend to him on the ranch? What makes him mean like that?
