We have noticed that certain groups are attempting to spread FUD about our project. Unfortunately, these claims are being made without a proper understanding of how the protocol operates. When users borrow assets, each position is assigned a Health Factor. If the position falls below the required threshold due to market movements, the liquidation mechanism is triggered. In such cases, the collateral is liquidated and used to repay the outstanding debt. This is a fundamental part of the protocol's design and is how the system is intended to function. Our protocol operates entirely on-chain. As a result, it is technically impossible for the team to intervene in or manually manage individual positions. Throughout our journey, we have always stood behind our project and our community. Whenever issues occurred, we took responsibility and, in many cases, compensated affected users despite having no obligation to do so. We remain fully committed to supporting and improving the project going forward. The individuals currently spreading misinformation appear to be unaware that their positions were liquidated according to the protocol's rules.
