@DavePartner If you don't meet any other conditions for self assessment in the year that you are seeking the additional relief, then you can write in or call the helpline to give the details. There isn't a prescribed form for this online. Martin

@HMRCcustomers Hi - I was just told on phone by one of your advisers that there is a form I need to fill in to claim higher rate tax relief on pension contributions. Could you please link me to that form?

@SW_Help Thanks. Sorry one more question, the SWR website says I can't travel via Newbury to Salisbury. The Westbury train goes via Newbury. So can I confirm if the earlier tweet was wrong? In which case I have to go Paddington to Reading (GWR), to Basingstoke (XC) to Salisbury (SWR)

@SW_Help Hi, I have a off-peak return ticket for London Waterloo to Salisbury tomorrow and was planning on returning Saturday. I've seen the issues with the landslip. Am I able to get the ticket refunded if I choose not to travel?

@faisalislam You mean interest rate I assume - the repayment rate is linked to 9% of earnings and not linked to inflation.

If RPI stays at these levels till March as expected - in theory student loans repayment rate rockets to over 10%. RPI also sets baseline increase for vehicle excise duty, many mobile phone contracts, air passenger duty, some final salary pensions and some government borrowing
