@dotri_ @shiamuz it is different though! you're at an event w a bunch of other fans who are cheering beside you, it's all about the in-person experience similar to watching a movie you can watch it for free online or you can go pay & watch it with other people if you enjoy hearing their reactions

@soung_of_crying @shiamuz i guess the only difference is that its in person and something u have to leave ur house to go to. i’ve been told its free but i guess ppl are just mad about the possibility of it costing money more than the actual cost since its no different from being at home watching?

@dotri_ @shiamuz ? but people pay for regular live2d stuff all the time via youtube or other streaming platforms it's literally why most people become vtubers they earn money from fans so I don't see how this is any different
