I have never had anything resolved that quickly in my life. I apologized to the gentleman too and said I did not expect this situation to occur based on my post. Totally surreal but the experience gave me even more confidence in the company and how things are being run. They have a shareholder and dedicated buyer and buyers family, for life.

Update: I s/w a gentleman @gamestop a few minutes ago who called me on the phone This issue has been resolved GameStop made everything right and exceeded my expectations When I posted this originally last night, I did not anticipate a response nor to have my issue resolved that quickly. I was honestly just messing around when I saw the cancellation email come in late last night. I would have eventually called customer service. For those in the comments that said “just reorder”, it was a hard to find item that I was going to pick up at a different store by my place of employment. It could not be shipped to me and another one wasn’t available within 100 miles. Per the website, the store had only one in stock. I know @ryancohen has better things to do then respond to me, but this experience has truly made me feel even better about how things are done at this organization. Thanks again RC and sorry to bother you. Hope you know I appreciate how hard you and your employees work. The gentlemen who called me was fantastic and super professional. A+ experience. A lot can happen in 16 hours on X This guy is just built differently

I called the store 3 times and she didn’t pickup because she “sometimes forgets the phone in the back”. @ryancohen

Enterprise value cuts through balance sheet noise and EV/EBITDA creates apples to apples comps across businesses regardless of their balance sheet. Last year $GME EBITDA was $300MM. Let’s say it’ll be $400MM this year. A 15 (rich) multiple equates to a $6 billion EV. 1/
