Today was the end of a great first week of summer performance training! One week is not enough but it’s a great start. We will focus on building consistency and intensity moving into the next couple of weeks. We>Me!!! Go Red Devils!!!

Another great day yesterday at workouts. We had a split group with a morning and evening group. Didn’t get a picture of the morning group. These guys are working hard!!!

We had a great couple of days at minicamp. Guys worked extremely hard and had great pace throughout both days. In two days we learned a lot. Looking forward to seeing everyone at performance training this next week! Champions are built in the off-season!!!

An impromptu workout this past weekend. Still had a good crowd and they worked hard. It is exciting to see the improvements in the small amount of time we have been together. Go Red Devils!!!

It’s not on the schedule but we are lifting tomorrow at 11. Isaiah is in town also and will be throwing after if anyone wants to run some routes. if you don’t have anything going come out and get some work in.

REMINDER: June 10 and 11 Minicamp kicks off our summer schedule. It is important that we have everyone there. We will start installing our game plan for week 1. We will also have another parent meeting to discuss camp, summer, and preseason plans (more info to come on this).

This past weekend brought another great workout. The guys we are consistently seeing are already making improvements. It will be exciting to see where they go when we have more opportunities in a few weeks.

Football parents I want to run something by you before I commit to it. I would like to move our GVSU camp to July 13-15 instead of the 14-16. Something has come up at GVSU that will change our experience there if we keep it the original dates. Let me know if this is an issue.

It was another great workout yesterday. Yesterday we showed great effort, competitive excellence, and coachability. The amount we show up and work will play a huge part in how successful we are this season. Go Red Devils!!!

Zoom player meeting tonight at 7.

A link for tonight’s zoom parent meeting has been sent to players through text and email. If you don’t get it and would like to attend direct message me and I will share the link. We will also have a meeting Saturday at the school at 1. The meetings will be the same.

We will be having a parent meeting meeting April 4 7:00-8:00 (zoom meeting) and April 9 1:00-2:00 (at the school). The meetings will be similar. We will cover off-season expectations and schedule, camp, get to know Coach Grybauskas, and information to get you ready for the season
