@StephanieYeboah They wouldn't take mine back due to health and hygiene reasons (they also wouldn't take back my crutches either). Had to throw it away as it couldn't be recycled :(. They said to take crutches to charity shop, but they've ended up in my loft...

@TramsLondon This is incorrect. All the trams from Arena were delayed and then due to overcrowding were even more delayed. Would’ve been good to have some warning of this
