Hospital consultants and junior doctors are both striking today. Please only call 999 or go to A&E if it’s life or limb threatening. Each of us can play a part in making sure our emergency departments can help those most in need by using other services where appropriate.

@SF_England Yes I did this last week and again today and it's still not there. It just says that it's not complete but yet when I uploaded child benefit proof it accepted that. So confused.

@emsicles87 When did you upload them? You can upload evidence and forms by going to the 'Manage your student finance' section in the sidebar on the right of your screen. You will then see a link to 'Upload supporting evidence' and can use this to send us your evidence/form. (1/2)

@SF_England Hi yes I am, I uploaded evidence such as my children's birth certificates and my marriage certificate (twice) and when I go to the main page it tells me I haven't started that part. It does say to upload and it's not clear if I need to post any of the documents. Tia x
