@evilusername2 That’s honestly the biggest difference I see in the post-Roiland seasons. The voice actors are fine, they emulate him just fine, but the show doesn’t have that “this is made for tripping hippies” energy anymore.

whenever i watch rick and morty i literally just rewind scenes constantly because morty is so cute i watch the same scenes over and over it gives the same dopamine feeling as eating cupcakes but better

@evilusername2 Personally I watched every season up to 7 while binging on LSD so I actually don’t need to rewatch the show very often. I’d save every episode and just ignore the show until the season final drops. It’s burned the idea of Rick and Morty deep into my subconscious.
