Marine Le Pen vient de commettre un délit. Le discours qu’elle diffuse est un montage de paroles qui comprend 8 coupures : 0:07 ; 0:10 ; 0:15 ; 0:26 ; 0:31 ; 0:41 ; 0:52 ; 1:10. Il procède d’un assemblage de fragments bout à bout, reconstruisant un message tronqué via des sauts de propos et des transitions audio brusques. La diffusion en ligne d’un montage de parole, lorsqu’il n'apparaît pas à l'évidence qu'il s'agit d'un montage ou s'il n'en est pas expressément fait mention, est punie de 2 ans d’emprisonnement et de 45.000€ d’amende.
