Just a quick note to say that since the bird was sold to X, I’ve lost dozens of real followers but gained a handful of bikini-laden bots. I used to truly enjoy this platform but feel a bit like I’ve lost a friend. What a sad decline & fall this has been.

@foreshadowboxer @uzoart That's not the issue. It's their business so they can technically do that. I think it's illegal because it's a kind of false advertising. They say the email limit is 15 GB yet a different limit is preventing access on their emails. @WhichUK should look into this. #consumerrights

Microsoft changing the storage capacity for outlook users to force them to pay for storage is broke behavior. I’m here wondering why I have not received any emails since last week Wednesday and it’s because my inbox is “full”

I know what they say about gift horses, but when the gift horse is a tech giant that offered 15gb of free storage, reducing it to 5gb years later feels like a bait & switch at best. How is this not breaking any laws? They are holding my account hostage until I pay a ransom.

@Jef_The_Leftist I’ve had a cold for two weeks now. Horrible sore throat, cough, body aches, fatigue, nasal congestion, and malaise. Covid and flu tests negative but this does NOT feel like a run-of-the-mill cold to me, so I’ve been wondering the same thing you asked here.

@ChrisAlvino @LaSeletzky So sorry regardless, and thank you for sharing your story. I knew there were risks with lasik but didn’t realize how frequently it goes wrong. I hope there is some path forward for you that brings healing (in more ways than one).

I had LASIK 9-10 years ago and it left my legally blind. And EVERY single time I make a post about it on social media, one of the first comments I get, without exception, is victim blaming. Bc I had a negative outcome, people assume I went to a shady surgeon...

@ChrisAlvino @LaSeletzky And yet every time someone realizes how bad my vision is (I also have floaters and halos), they act like it’s my fault for not getting lasik.🤷‍♀️

@ChrisAlvino @LaSeletzky I’m so sorry this happened to you. If it isn’t too upsetting to discuss, I’m wondering what your Rx was before lasik, as I’ve been told the higher the Rx, the higher the risk. I’m -10 and my doc said under no circumstances would he recommend it for me.
