my college prof when i sent him my iisc letter.. 😭😭🙏🏻 now my dept won’t give an NOC they said cause i didn’t ask for permission before interviewing 🤓

did some packing today& after i was tired, i moved out of my room and knocked on the door of the room infront of mine. no answer. it hurt when i saw a lock hanging there. how to come in terms with the fact that people pack everything one night and just disappear next morning?

genuine question to indian tech twitter: how do you actually land an internship in 2026? I've applied to 200+ openings. linkedin, internshala, Naukri, company career pages. zero replies. I have Spring Boot projects shipped. I'm currently building an AI Resume Builder live. I know my fundamentals. what's the missing piece? Is everyone DMing founders now? Is the application route just dead? Are referrals the only way in? If you got an internship in the last 6 months, please share what actually worked. not the generic "build projects, network more" advice. the real tactical stuff.
