I've noticed a bit of chatter about MLS and Jeremy Hales. I wanted the full story, so I called Jeremy today to ask him for direct information. Here is what I learned: Levy County Sheriff's Department DOES NOT employ the use of body cameras for ANY of its deputies. All footage posted on Jeremy's channel is Jeremy's original, personal footage, shot with his own equipment. None of it was obtained through FOIA or an outside resource. When Jeremy discovered MLS had used his footage, he asked him if MLS would take it down, privately. MLS not only refused to do so, but proceeded to post more copyrighted content that belonged to Jeremy. Then it got nasty. MLS started making inflammatory videos harassing Jeremy, mocking him and degrading him. Jeremy sent a Cease and Desist letter in order to curtail the behavior. MLS is now at the FO stage of FAFO. Now, unfortunately, he has lost his YouTube channel. I would feel sorry for him, but he brought it upon himself with full knowledge. I just wanted to set the record straight: When you are a YouTuber and you steal personal content from another YouTuber, you get punished. Moving on.

Musk banned countless accounts, many of them on the left, for no discernible reason. The journalists who were banned for a day got unbanned, but the others are permanent. This is the very definition of arbitrary banning, and all the "free speech absolutists" are celebrating it
